I want to help building a more sustainable economy where every individual can contribute based on his or her authentic personality. I coach youngsters to experience their unique skillset, and grow their selfconfidence to act accordingly. I decided to co-create TFG to make this coaching avaiable towards as much youngsters as possible.
As an entrepreneur I love discovering opportunities.
Researching the unknown and investigating how the world would look like “out of the box”. Creativity being my goal in life, I focus on innovation and the power of initiating new things. Learning by doing in a world more complex than ever. Actively taking initiatives to work with passion and talent in organizations.
Through my work in leadership development, entrepreneurship and advanced education, I regularly observe how we continuously think in old paradigms: degrees and certificates are the base for career success. At the age of 18, most people struggle to make sound decisions about studies or future vocational ambitions.
I love cultural diversity. Throughout my career, I had the opportunity to work with diverse teams in multiple countries and sectors. I learned that teams who find new ways to work with the passion, the talent and the ambition of the team members become more productive. Moreover, these teams become a great place to work.
I am the CEO of The Future Alliance, an executive search company. TFG is a perfect way to assume our corporate social responsbility. CSR is most effective when an organization shares its expertise with the world. And this is what we do: we share our expertise in talent identification and development with the world of youngsters on a voluntary base.
